Down 2lb from yesterday: 127! I think it was mainly water weight when it was 129, but still, a loss is a loss right? Didn't do as much exercise as I would've liked, walked for about 45 minutes and that was it. But on the bright size I was quite pleased with myself when after 5 minutes of contemplation, I decided against the extra snack that would add 250 CALORIES!!! to my total.
Food Log:
Bran Flakes & Tea - 100
Penguin & Grapes - 150
Jacket potato - 500
Total - 750
Exercise - walking (150cal)
NET - 600
I'm happy with that, I don't want to jump into things too quickly because I know from previous experience that I'll binge. Its also because after next week I will be off school for a fortnight which includes my birthday and easter, so I will have to eat like 1000~1200 because of my mums watching/nagging/disapproval so if I jump from 400 to 1200 I will definitely gain the few lbs back.
