Today didn't go so well. I weighed myself this morning and the scale said 130! Yesterday it read 128.5, It was probably food/water weight maybe getting close to TOM, but still, I need to be 126 by april 8th. I was caught out by an Ice cream, my main weaknesses. I didn't go for a run in the end, I just lazed around AGAIN. On the bright side, I didn't go over my limit of 1200.

Don't be discouraged, there is probably a ton of undigested food in your belly. Drink lots of water, and green tea to flush it out. You will get there, we will be beautiful and lovely when we put in the extra effort. sending you skinnies :)
