Not only do you have to get up early, you have to start a whole new week at school/work or whatever. Whats worse, this morning I was greeted with 130lb again!!! Friday&Saturday I was 129 then 128.5 and now 130lb for 2 days?
I think it's water/food weight because (not to gross anyone out), I haven't 'taken a dump' for a few days. Lol, sorry! It could also be the build up before my TOM. On a positive note though, my hip bones stick out Verrry slightly. Theres a faint line and you can sort of see them when you turn to the side, but they're not really visible yet :(
Anyway, today I have an excercise class after school which burns about 300 calories, so excercise is taken care of for today.

Net (-300 Ex.) - 550
I've decided that after the easter holidays I might try a modified ABC or SGD diet. I have to modify them because my mum would never let me get away with eating less than 600 because I have to eat the dinner she makes. I try to just not eat much of it but she gets all moody and says like 'you're not being silly are you?' or 'that wont hurt you just eat it'. When I managed to get down to 108lb before (which I only had to lose like 10lb to get to. Grr. why do I have no self control?) she kept hassling my sister asking her if she thought I had an ED.
