No change.


It's so frustrating. The day that I do the most work I never lose anything, this happened last week too. On mondays, basically the only day I exercise (Extremely lazy I know, I promise I'll do a lot more over easter) the next day I always weigh the same or more :(

This is the first day I've actually craved and nearly caved in for something, I almost ate a pudding which would have added 250cals to my total. I've planned for this though, if I am at a lower weight tomorrow (124.0 or under) I will skip breakfast or lunch and allow myself a pudding. If I have not lost/have gained I will not be allowed to eat one. The day that I do eat one, I'll probably end up eating about 950cals which is still under my max limit of 1000.


It's nearly the  end of this term which can only mean one thing, examinations are imminent. The next 3 months will be non stop revision. If I get less than an A* in maths and science or less than an A in english I will be severely disappointed with myself.

  1. That's good, allowing yourself pudding, but only if you do will first. I do the same :)
    Eurgh, exams :/ I want A* s all the way, but there's not much chance of that happening in anything but maths and science for me :P
