I was ecstatic when I saw the scales this morning, this is the first time I have been under 9st since september! Granted I'm only 1/2lb under, but I will not be seeing the 9st again, not for a while anyway. Weekends are always more difficult calorie wise. Every meal is eaten with my mother, so I can't throw out half my lunch like I normally do, and tomorrow is mothers day so I can guarantee there will probably be a fatty roast dinner which I will be obliged to stuff myself with.
Anyway, I'm not going to worry about it now. Tomorrow I'll probably be able to get out of dinner after that huge lunch, or at least I'll get away with like 200ish calories rather than 500.
One week left in school until the easter holidays, then the opportunities to binge and gain pile up. Birthday, birthday party, chocolate, hot cross buns, easter biscuits etc... I will aim to just lose 1-2lb over those 2 weeks, or at least just not gain any, and then after that go back into my plan (Average 800 per day, go from 600-1100 cal) after easter. I need to be 115 by july.
