124.5lb

I'm down another lb! It's weird, I think it must be mainly water weight because I've been eating like 850 cals a day and not even exercise, but still, I'm past my goal for this week already and nearly at next weeks, so I'm gonna lower it again. I think I'll aim for 123lb (8st 11lb) by next saturday.

More encouraging stats, I have lost 2" from my navel (35" now 33"), 1.5" from my waist (now 27") and 1" from my hips (now 38.5"). My hips are still huge, but my upper body is improving :)

Today is mothers day so we're having roast dinner (At least 600cals) and some kind of dessert (at least 350cals). I've already eaten some bran flakes for breakfast (100 cals) so I'm expecting todays total to be about 1200-1500. It's one day, so as long as I don't end up binging it will be fine, I'll only eat what's put in front of me and not ask for anything extra. 

Also I've noticed I've got 5 followers now, I'm really grateful to all of you for taking the time to read my ramblings :)
